Voilà les conversions de poids, volumes et températures relevées dans le livre d'Alain Ducasse en Anglais que j'ai offert à ma famille d'accueil à mon arrivée aux Etats-Unis. Cependant, il est de plus en plus facile de trouver des tasses et cuillères mesures, et pour un prix souvent dérisoire, je vous conseille donc d'investir, car ça facilite vraiment les choses !

Here are the conversions of weight, volume and temperature found in the American version of the recipe book by Alain Ducasse I gave to my host family when I arrived in the USA. However, if you have a mesuring jug, you will have the milliters on one side of it (for above 50 or 100ml). About weight, if you have the opportunity to find and buy a scale in grams, it would be way easier! If so, just know that our mesuring system is dead easy.
For weight, we really just use grams and kiligrams, but for volume, we use very easily liters, dl, cl and ml
